PPF Yummy Manufacturing was founded by Hok Sreyhour, whose roots in Battambang, the northwestern province known for its distinctive cuisine, became the foundation of a pioneering force in Cambodia's food manufacturing sector.
Today the company produces 33 products across six ranges, uses 95% locally sourced ingredients, and supplies AEON, Chip Mong, Lucky and Angkor Market along with export customers in five countries.
